Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations 30+ days prior to your booking, 100% refund.
• Cancellations 29 to 8 days prior to your booking, 50% refund.
• Cancellations 7 days or less prior to your booking, "No Shows" or "Early Checkout" WILL BE charged the full amount outstanding.

Arrival/Departure Times

• Check in 11 a.m. - You may check in earlier if we are notified.
• Check out 2 p.m. - For extended stay, $20.00 per hour.

• Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter - $2500 /wk.
